Tate McRae revealed that her third album ‘So Close To What’ is set for release February 21st via RCA Records. With the announcement, McRae dropped the track “2 Hands” dropped alongside the music video, and is the follow-up to “It’s Ok I’m Ok” which has garnered over 165 million global streams to date.
McRae posted the cover of the LP on Instagram, writing, “guys…………. SO CLOSE TO WHAT the album out february 21st omg. Making this album has been the most beautiful and exciting journey,” she added in her caption. “i cannot wait to finally share it with you !!!!!!!!!!”
The artist also revealed she will be embarking on the global ‘Miss Possessive Tour’ spanning 50 dates throughout South America, Europe, UK, and North America. The tour kicks off on March 18th in Mexico City at Pepsi Centre, with shows in São Paulo, London, Amsterdam, Prague, New York, Nashville, and more before wrapping up in Los Angeles at the Kia Forum on September 26th. Benee will be joining as support on all Europe and UK dates while Zara Larsson will join Tate across all US and Canada dates.
