The Texas Rangers beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 11-7 on Tuesday night in Game 4 of the 2023 World Series at Chase Field in Phoenix, taking a 3-1 series lead and moving Texas just one win away from winning the championship.
The Rangers’ Marcus Semien hit a two-run triple and three-run homer, giving Texas to a 10-run lead by the third inning and becoming the first team in Series history with consecutive five-run innings.
Texas is now jut one win away from their first title in the Rangers 63 year franchise history (which started as the expansion Washington Senators in 1961). Game 5 of the best-of-seven game series will be at 8:03 p.m. EDT Wednesday in Phoenix.
